December 8, 2020 – After six months of the technology development journey, the students will present their outputs. We are glad to announce that despite this challenging year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, students did their best to come up with a technology concept and its routes to commercialization (business plan).
Final Pitch 2020 is the final presentation of the Appropriate Technology Class. Students visited different places to learn more about the issues affecting people’s quality of life and built prototype technologies that they think are appropriate for the situation. During this event, students will share their motivations, technology development journey, and their vision for business opportunities. Final Pitch 2020 is open to everyone (online via Zoom). Please contact us for the Zoom Details (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We invited Mr. Oshiro Yosaku from the Association for Aid and Relief Japan – Myanmar. He will be sharing his work experiences in developing countries and how simple technologies are changing the lives of people with disabilities that are supported by their NPO.
